Thank you very much for your legislative lobbying assistance in correcting an oversight in the Florida Building Code.

You were a perfect match for our needs. Your knowledge of the corrective text was exceptional ……. you wrote the original text in the Florida Building Code many years ago, after all! This technical expertise gave you unmatched credibility in your discussions with lawmakers.

Your descriptions of the legislative process were very helpful for our team. Furthermore, your unprompted updates throughout the legislative process provided a great relief to us as we wondered how things were progressing.

Thank you, as well, for leveraging your relationships with supportive Senators and Representatives to speak with Governor Scott during the period when he was being pressured by others to oppose this legislation. Very wise of you.

Your efforts and talents have truly been a blessing to DOL. Our employees and customers are very grateful and relieved to have the supportive text added back into the Florida Building Code.

Jim Allardyce, Product Engineer, Building Code Compliance and Product Certification

Thank you for a wonderful conference. The site selection was great, the menu spot on and I enjoyed many of the informative presentations. The Senator was quite impressive, we should continue to develop that relationship.

Tom Woodward, President, National Utility Contractors Association of Florida

The format and schedule at the 2015 Summer Symposium was perhaps the best ever. Thank you for listening! Looking forward to the conference next year and I believe POND will probably sponsor an event.

Thanks again,

Eric Bonner, Business Development Manager, Pond & Company

The FEPA Summer Symposium was a very fruitful and interesting event. Hydrological Solutions was able to meet and greet many members in the pipeline community and gain important contacts.

Darren Miller, President of Hydrological Solutions

Kari, I wanted to reach out to let you know you are awesome and I appreciate all you are doing and continue to do on behalf of VizCO-US and our products. It is nice to work with people who actually service their customers in a way that exceeds expectations. A rare occurrence these days! THANKS!

Howard Guard, Sales Manager, VizCO US, Inc.

Rob Wilson has represented Florida Gas Transmission Company for several years on issues arising in the state legislature as well as assisting in our needs within state agencies dealing with environmental, tax, land, regulatory, or other issues in the State of Florida. Rob has been extremely successful in advancing our views and issues, and in a manner that has upheld the highest values of ethics and integrity.

Michael T. Langston, Vice President, Chief Regulatory Officer

I have known Kari since November 2003, when she began working with Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association as a Governmental Consultant. Since that time she has proven to be an outstanding asset to the Association. She has been instrumental in assisting the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association and the Florida Fire Service with key legislative issues. Her knowledge of Florida’s legislative process, contacts along with her relationships within the Florida political community are second to none. She is largely responsible for the legislative success of the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association over the past few years. The Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association are lucky to have her as part of the team.

Steven Peavey, CFPS, CFCO, CFCA, President at International Fire Marshals Association

I have known Kari since 2003 as the Legislative Advocate for the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association. Beyond a doubt, Kari’s service is the best investment the Florida Fire Marshals and Inspectors Association has ever made. Her insight into the legislative process, relationships, and overall tenacity has lead to outstanding results and a first class representation of the association in the Florida legislative process. I highly recommend Kari Hebrank and 4th Floor Advocacy.

Anthony Apfelbeck, CFPS, CBO, CFO, FM, FIFireE, Fire Marshal/Building Official/Division Chief
