Robert Wilson founded RW Wilson and Associates, LLC. (W&A) in 2004. W&A is a Florida-based government affairs and association management firm with extensive experience in the energy, green built, alternative transportation fuels, defense, aerospace and construction industries.
He has successfully managed public policy initiatives in Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Arizona, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and Florida. Wilson has also served on the executive teams of Northern Natural Gas, Florida Gas Transmission Company, UtiliCorp United Inc. and Nebraska Public Power District. His professional experience includes working on several energy pipeline expansion projects, from their conception to completion. His work in the energy sector also includes regular interaction with local, state and federal security and emergency response professionals.
Rob’s work with a wide variety of association clients includes all phases of association management, including but not limited to: membership retention and recruitment, member database management, creating non-dues revenue, member communications, Board orientation and training programs, social media, graphic design, website design and content, event planning, financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning. He currently serves as the executive director of three statewide associations. He has a proven track record of increasing association income and revenue streams, creating member-driven programs, establishing strong financial systems and protocols and implementing Board leadership succession plans.
Wilson is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in Public Administration. Rob was also admitted to the Public Administration PhD programs at the University of Nebraska and Florida State University.

Bringing more than a decade of experience to our team, Tina Ward is responsible for the daily operations of Wilson & Associates including financial affairs, administrative and clerical duties. She also provides support for client conferences, tradeshows, awards ceremonies and special events, including legislative days, on-site administration of meetings, coordinating with facility staff and assembling meeting materials. She contributes to client social media pages, assists with project research, and creates material for webinars and handbooks.
Tina has extensive experience coordinating all aspects of large events, including managing budgetary expenses, venue contracts, speaker contracts, lodging, vendors, caterers, and much more. She oversees each individual detail that contributes to a successful event. This includes pre-event registration, onsite event execution, and post-event analysis detailing event performance against specific goals to help prepare for the next event. Tina also implements green meeting practices to minimize event waste and provide a green meeting experience for attendees. Organizing such large gatherings can lead to negative environmental impacts, but Tina takes pride in minimizing these effects as much as possible. Tina also prides herself in providing ADA compliant meeting venues.
Along with event coordination experience, Tina is proficient in finances and bookkeeping. Tina is responsible for a wide spectrum of duties regarding association client finances, this includes the development of an annual budget, recording all receipts and disbursements, preparing and making deposits, preparing and distributing monthly financial statements, maintaining W-9’s and issuing 1099’s, assisting with preparation of federal and state tax returns, and preparing reports as needed for an independent audit.
Tina’s comprehensive association management skillset has proved to be an invaluable resource to our clients. She offers a optimistic and enthusiastic attitude to meeting client needs. She is a vital component to any team effort and tends to improve performance of those around her through her diligence.
Tina is a member of the Florida Society of Association Executives and active member of the Meeting Planner Roundtables. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of South Carolina-Aiken and her Master’s degree from Florida State University. She and her husband, Andre, reside in Tallahassee with daughter Breckin, son Jax, and beloved dog Duchess.
Veronique was born and raised in Provence, France. Veronique was initially admitted to the Beaux-Arts at the University of Aix in Provence, however, she ultimately decided to pursue her love of languages at the university. Her fluency in three languages; French, English and Spanish allowed her to work with clients throughout Europe and the United States. Immigrating to the US in 1995 her entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual curiosity served her well. As an independent consultant Veronique has assisted European and American investors establish successful businesses in the US, managed private estates and created memorable special events for her clients. Veronique’s proficiency in three foreign languages, focused research, attention to detail and organizational skills are an invaluable resource to our clients.
Andy is from Tallahassee, Florida but now lives in Texas. He is working as a software engineer while going to the University of Texas at San Antonio for a computer science degree in cloud & systems.
He has several years of website development experience focusing on server and system administration.
